t1obrien, the Tesserent business has been around for 15 years in one form or another and is now approaching two years as a listed entity. We all know IT security is a super hot space, it has been for years. The Tesserent business simply hasn't performed to anywhere near its potential under its current management and board! As a significant shareholder, and someone who has a better than average understanding of the business and the space in which it operates, the jury is no longer out for me. I believe it's time for a change - in management and the board! Ever heard the saying, you can't teach an old dog new tricks?
