Chances are, maximum value is recognised for CDT via future acquisitions but the new lease still not a bad wildcard to hold.
The bottom map in John's link below puts things in perspective wrt scale.
That said, a small raise out the way, followed by an ASX announcement with nuggets alongside a ruler, would likely get the traders salivating and provide another leg up.
