I think you will find its part of the Capital Raising / Placement previously announced. Read last few announcements should answer your questions. Big test is at the end of the month when the remaining $2.5 mill is due from investors as part of same placement. I think the price is at current levels because clearly many doubt the money will arrive which is understandable given price is 1.5c and current price is 0.006. I personally think the money will arrive and therefore worth a punt at current levels.
