Well - might not be any competition from XIP for acquisitions for a while now, and this could create opportunities for lower acquisition multiples, all else being equal. Any ideas whether the regulators would have a problem with IPH Taking over XIP, in theory?I really have little knowledge of the market concentration etc tbh.
I bought some XIP today, but do suspect that this might be good news for IPH. The downside for IPH would only be desperate competition and price reductions, but lawyers don't seem to do that sort of thing (sadly - lol).
