Then instead of coming on here acting all high and mighty about getting private placement information because they are sophisticated investors... then how about telling the rest of the shareholders from for over a year what the details are!!
Or do you have to be mates with the broker to be involved in placings? Complete joke. All placings and capital raisings should equally be made available to every current shareholder.
