Dividend estimate, page-17

Has anyone one here actually made any contact with management in terms of improving their communications?. Or has anyone contacted the ex-au board members to ask why they left?
Their annual presentation is looks like its been put together by a 10 year old, i'm sure hiring an university graduate to fix it wouldn't even be expensive. The english website is full of spelling errors and looks amateur.
There is way too many related party transactions on the book which is inherently, they don't even mention what the 'transactions' are. They could be just borrowing money to relatives for free for all we know.
Their 28% ownership of this HYI (Huanlong Industrial Co), can't find anything on internet that proves it exists.
Why would SAFE block a share buyback...
I really want to like this stock really... the numbers look too good to be true..
