With regard to your initial post, @MarsC I suspect we would all be happier if more of our holdings had a record like REH! None the less its certainly worth considering what the future may hold for REH. My initial sense is that even in a severe downturn in the housing market REH would be in a strong enough position to weather the storm and when the sector turns they would likely be able to grow market share again.

As to wives, I wish I had made such good choices with all my investments as I made in choosing the one I married, also the 'dividends' are much more fun!
