I mentioned in an earlier post that your comprehensive analyses of SOLG prompted me to top up DGR when they were a third of current value. You grasped early on the sheer scale of the Ecuador holding and also DGRs game plan to draw interest from major resource companies.
SOLGOLD is the transformative asset for DGR. It is currently worth AUD136Mill. The 60p options for SOLG suggest a much higher value has been placed on them. I predict SOLG will exceed 1 pound when the majors swoop making our holding worth 350M.
Once DGR has all or part of these funds in treasury it will be able to underwrite all the companies in its resource factory, earning considerable fees and retaining part of the IPOs.
I look at the recent exuberant run of the Pilbara coys of which I have an interest. These coys are priced at multiples of NTA. If DGR which is a superior coy to all of them was priced
in a similar manner it would be trading above 2.00. SOLGs Ecuador copper and gold tenements are substantially greater than all the Pilbara coys put together.
IRRs lithium potential is vastly greater than many of the spectacularly performing Li coys on the ASX.
I am sure we will see the price manipulation continue. A bot was operating all yesterday with lots of tiny sales. The next batch of options are director options and I believe selling wont occur to raise funds to exercise them. The price of DGR has been skilfully held down in the past few months but markets do price equities rationally in the long run.
