Ann: Alrena Agreement Comes into Force, Increases in Value, page-13

Two blockbuster announcements day after each other.

Originally deal has now been bumped to $9M over three years. Thats $750K a quarter coming into effect from this month. I don't believe ELS will be providing the hardware to Alrena, maybe a few components or modules which fit into the Smartcase. This means this revenue will largely be margin.

Revenue is now growing, still have all the Isreal Tenders with undisclosed revenues to commence late 2017, existing customers as well as the Hikision partnership which could go anywhere. Then the autonomous driving aspect, just need one strategic deal with a car manufacturer and its game over. The tech works exceptionally well under difficult environments.

Should be cashflow positive soon and could well do a GSW style run from here.
