You're assuming of course the use of drone will just be accepted by society.
Drones flying over private property dangling products from them to come and land at your door like magic.
Everyone of course will be entirely comfortable with boxes of goodies dangling from drones all over their neighborhood, just like everyone accepted UBER without an issue, no strikes/protests/investigations and arguing with Government authorities.
Of course in a few months we'll see drones acting unimpinged dropping stuff off all over Australia because we have a first rate Government and regulatory bodies that act with such speed and precision.

I do agree drones will happen but there are many nickers in knots over something that is no certainty and at best is several years away, which even then as you say will absolutely not affect 90% of what HVN sell (furniture/large appliances/flooring/BBQ's/outdoor settings etc).
JBH are in deep doodoo and so are Kogan IMO.
