I'm not certain either, but a 25% stake would ensure some control and the HR side of things may be wholly controlled by PBL, or pull the strings though have no official cliam to do so. I have'nt read anything suggesting that CVC are intervening so assume they've left the complex dynamics of talent idenification, retention and repositioning to those have been doing it for many years prior to the T/O.
I'm making assumptions, correctly or incorrectly, and on that basis predicting likely motives for a future outcome.... future gazing, nothing more.
