    With oil turning up it's probably going to be a good time to raise some capital and get more aggressive and either expand their current projects or search for other opportunities. Usually I'd hate a capital raising but in this situation I believe it would be extremely beneficial, hopefully they're not too discouraged about their failure in Poland are willing to give it another crack.
