He has, but still has a long way to go. Still not selling as much as they should be, inventories are still high.
I've been observing foot traffic through Kathmandu stores (when I come across them), always empty, one store was next to North Face which had a lot of people in it, and Kathmandu had only a few older people walking around.
Still got a way to go, but they are certainly heading in the right direction.
