They encourage parents to participate for significant outcomes
You've done this a couple of times now. You're quoting "significant outcomes" as if it's a fact or somehow guaranteed. But it's neither a fact nor a guarantee and you're misleading readers by posting that phrase so completely out of context.

The actual sentence is: We invite you to contact us to learn more about applying for the study and we hope that this trial will provide significant outcomes in the treatment of autism

It's a recruitments request for a study. It states the hope for significant outcomes. The truth is that this says almost the exact opposite of how you're taking it.

What more do you guys want
Well, how about one of these:
1) "We have significant outcomes"
2) "We expect significant outcomes"
