Sharply dropping price in Chinese dysprosium oxide market, page-11

I have recalculated the value of the 15 elements NTU has in their mixed carbonate.
This time I have used the average price for 13 of the elements as oxide's, and the other two elements that do not have a price on Ruidow, I have used the price from Baotou, (thank you T-AU)

In short, the sum of each element separated into its individual oxide totals X=$23,529.083 AUD.

So now, as to the market being informed (back on the 6th of April) that NTU were going to receive approximately $66,666,666 for 3 years of their carbonate which equates to Y=$22,222,222 a year. Now X-Y = $1,306,861 now divided by the annual 1,100,000 kg of total carbonate = $1.188 AUD per kg

Is it possible that Chinese have such an elite separation process that they can separate all the 15 elements for under $0.95 cents USD a Kg, to then sell and make some profit?
