I have a slight issue with this.. while retailers have the right to buy in which I like at the same price as insto's, this was the comment from the recent acquisition:
"Consideration
Consideration for the strategic acquisition includes $7.0 million in cash plus $3.0 million in Superloop shares at an issue price of $2.457, being the volume weighted average price for the 30 trading days to 6 September 2017. The cash component will be funded from Superloop’s cash reserves and available debt facility. "
So, they tell us like a week ago it will be funded from existing cash and debt facility and now they have changed their mind. I would be annoyed if I was NuSkope as they have been issued shares at at 2.45 and now they have just been diluted by Superloop.
In saying that, looking at their appendix 4E, their current liabilities certainly exceeded current assets so in some way not surprised by this CR, but still, saying one thing and then doing another is not a good look.
