I pretty sure PDN will get back those unpaid operating expenses. I am just not sure what the exact amount is but it would substantial as they havent paid for a couple of years. This whole thing has been very strange. It may have been a factor in CNNC not proceeding with the exercise of the option, they would have budgeted for a certian amount believing these costs would somehow magically dissappear only to be confronted with a significantly higher cost. But , i am now speculating, i dont know and it is irrelevant as to why they chose not to exercise.
