Parliament could have voted on Gay Marriage without additional cost to anybody. The postal vote is the outcome of corrupt Country Party politics,homophobia,and hatred of intelligent democratic city people and Liberal infighting. Joyce's move of the government department to his electorate is a contemporary concrete example of how mindless the Country party's " born to rule ' attitude is. Study of pipeline possibilities is legitimate spending.
