Ann: Investor Update, page-63

OK.. this whole time I have been confused. I thought they got 2mil shares issued. 1million initially at 30c and then another 1million at 25c. What I did not realise was that initial 1million shares had their terms and conditions changed which significantly worked in TNT's favour. TNT stated on the 10th May they expected 234k from the sale of the FZO shares. I took that as they had got 234k already and we were yet to sell the 2nd million... Looks like we got 442k according the Appendix 4E even though the Appendix 4C only shows 429k?
