As urgent measures, the MPF requested, inter alia, the immediate suspension of any activity in the Juma gold mine, if any, and the prohibition of the start of new activities or environmental or exploration licenses, unless activity aimed at recovering the area. In order to guarantee the payment of indemnities and the cost of recovering the area, the MPF / AM also requested the blocking of assets in the amount of R $ 110 million, estimated value of the profit obtained illegally in the exploitation of mineral resources by the defendants.
