I tend to think if they're grabbing every share they can to issue to there mates after visiting the drill site but before they release the results its a hint that they know they have news the market will like.
Theyre all about looking after themselves in every situation and they’ll exploit any positive results to the max too, ie buyback unmarketable parcels at a discount, issue at a discount, then count the big green blob of cash they've made.
