I think gold at $1670 is as cheap as chips
That's an interesting statement. How do you work out what the fair value of Gold is, in any given currency?
And how exactly does the outstanding debt of the US affect the fair value of Gold in AUD (or in NZD, or whatever else)? Do you care to elaborate with a quantitative reasoning?
But, most importantly for this thread, WHY exactly do you see a PE of 30 as being too high for a stock like AIA?
