Well I'm not a geo either but a dyke in geological parlance has a clear meaning (just look it up). You might be meaning having a dyke like geometry which in essence is not dissimilar to geometries that quartz veins can have, as both dykes and quartz veins both fill fractures in rocks.
I used an ellipsoid because sometimes plunging structures that contain high grade gold take on repeating flattened cigar like geometries within broader lower grade halos.
You can be a party killer if you like and try and suggest true widths are 0.5m but that doesn't add up with Figure 2. For you to be right the geologist who drew that figure and who has already been involved in an extensive resource calculation on the BOD deposit would have to be wrong about the dip of the Twilight load and the drilling would instead have to run practically straight down the dip of the lode.
From the JORC appendix.
"Two main styles of mineralisation are present, typical Yilgarn Archaean lode gold"
that's what they have at BOD/Lena and then they have VMS style gold and base metal mineralisation further north at Eelya.
I wish you'd say what you are trying to say, straight out, so we know what you are getting at.
