In reading the presentation again, what strikes me is the June Sanpshot with '77,332 applications and enquiries on rental properties'. That's 77,332 reasons for both real esate agents and property owners to engage with rent.com.au and that's just for one month. Top it off with only 200m shares on issue with 70% being held by the Top 30 and Board & Staff, I like it.
