Mate just forget about it, been in other shells where the same thing happened. Old holders who were diluted, hanging about still going on about the old days even when old management had been cleared out, different project moved in.
Not that I don't have sympathy because we've all copped a rotten company along the journey, but geez you'd hate to be an ex girlfriend!
