buy TWE - do not buy santos
by twe 25,000 than pick another long term growth story and invest the other 25k
if you can buy US stocks then i personally would buy texas instruments or GE if have to be aussie then hunt around but dont buy telcos, mining, oil nd gas or banks - you need LT growth so forget about what you see as value in 2017 you need to think about where the co will be in 20 year time not in 2017
