General comment you have the buyer side (management) that can be tight lipped however there is usually a plethora of third parties on the selling side which also have the same information, or contract DD side plus well connected brokers and others. If you like the transaction let the dust settle and buy more.
Was a bit early on this but starting to come together, well respected funds and management are backed to the hilt to make this work on the back current resources and pulling more assets and strengthening copper prices. If you believe in plus $4 copper in next 12-24 months it will be big.
