My understanding is that Master service agreements are simply a pre-qualification' to submit prices to the customers for work. The Master agreements are almost always on the curomer's terms, not the Contractors. There will be several contractors with Master Service Agreements and they will be bidding against each other for the work mainly on price. There may not even be any work for some time.
