    Thats a bit worrying. But best to take it with a grain of salt until we get that information from a slightly more credible source than a facebook review. I know from personal experience how misleading and damaging those facebook reviews can be, especially since they are out there in the public eye.

    The parts of this post that strike me as odd are: 'bills have tripled'. if a whole buildings bills had tripled this wouldn't be the first we would have heard about it. Since its the strata that orchestrate the change to our company, i think it would have been through legal channels that we would have been made aware and not a single resident. The claim that electricity bills are the same for high usage and low usage residents also strikes me as odd and would indicate to me that its actually a technical fault, not a fundamental problem with the service. The high usage guy would probably be cheering if his bill is the same as his low usage neighbours ha ha.

    I do hope that this person actually complained to the company before jumping on facebook and leaving a public review for all to see. If they did, then i hope its an isolated incident. Concerning nonetheless.
