For what I have read on the subject, it's not exactly that. It's much more than the national parks created by the former president. It goes to some areas created in the eighties. So, if Juma East/Guida is on the areas who can now be object of mining activity, then, yes, they are game on again.

It's better to take a brazilian newspaper and translate online. It's not perfect, but it's suficient enough to have an idea of what's going on.
