Over the last 2 years the following management and directors sold out.
Kim Sundell sold around 12 m shares at an average of around $5.30
Stephen Lake sold around 5.7m shares at around $4.75
Sometime in this period Rob Dedominicus sold his 2.7m shares but as he was not a director he didn't need to disclose.
So the now CEO sold roughly $10-$12m of shares at the top and now you are giving him credit for buying back a few at a cheap price that his poor management has bought about.
He now has around 600,000 which he has bought back at around $3.
So he trousered $10-12m, trashed the company and now has bought back less than $2m worth of shares on the cheap. And pocketed $800k a year salary in the process.
Laughing all the way to the bank whilst shareholders have seem the share price fall 70% from when Kim Sundell sold out.
