de Vries is solid, no doubt about it. But why place him as interim for a couple of months only to have him take the helm full-time now? Clearly the head-hunting period from April to today was not successful.
I still believe that Steve Tambanis should never have left the position. To hear him speak was to be inspired towards BKT future.
