To me it is all going to come down to the quality of the product.

If these five customers chosen are satisfied with the product then word will spread rapidly, first through that province and then to others.

Then if the product is really good it could be set up with other telecom countries around the world.

Anything is possible because it is unique.

However if it does not reach expectations then we are back to where we started from.

Nevertheless I am reasonably confident on the grounds that China Telecom should know what they are doing. You would not expect them to take on a product without reasonable prospects.

However as usual only time will tell.
