agreed - taken out '000s of years of experience in the past 36 months, coupled with other alumni. there's plenty of fire in many ex CCL commercial leaders, get the old employee records out (last 10 years) and ask each and every one of them if they'd like to help fight to turn the ship around. you'd have an army of takers, who know the system, the customers and the challenge. too many juniors and too many HO carpet strollers in there now.
