Mmm BOL
I thought BOL was cheap at $3.60 and bought in. BOL is down on price for the following reasons
1) Poor construction weather on east coast of Australia
2) Building slump on east coast.
3) General slump of real estate on east coast when compared with WA
4) Wholesale and retail funds pouring into BHP and RIO.
What is BOL worth? A lot more than it is trading presently. Previous posts tell us that it is a takeover target...the capt. agrees... Some bigger mine utility and/or massive building company will have to start looking sideways at BOL very soon. It is a steal at present. Well...I am hoping anyway.
