Suspect there is neither an online presence plan nor a defined digital media framework for the business even though they have sporadic junk scattered all over various freeware type platforms like instagram, twitter, linkedin, facebook etc.
Cast it out there with a "just saying" kinda attitude and see what you get...is the strategy it seems and to hell with brand reputation, integrity or accuracy.
Just another company ball that has been dropped. So sad.
