I might add to my little rant the land price! Everyone talks about intrinsic value！They revalue their land constantly, whereas most companies have land at cost! Are AAC in the real estate game or cattle game! They need a return on cattle, their main biz! Revaluing the properties does not add real cash to the the biz!
