Obviously yes, if you didn't notify them by the close date that you did not want to sell they take it for granted
that you want to sell your UMP;
From my point of view it should be the other way around, you should have to notify the company if you
wish to sell your UMP, otherwise they should not be allowed to touch those share without your approval.
