    Strong rumour I've heard out of NT mining connection is that PEL have today been granted Philipine Govt permission to mine Ni and BHP will be buying them with a valuation of $1.50 per share.

    I note that this is just rumour and I don't own or follow PEL but comes from a reasonable source.
