    Surely nearly all option holders will convert - the about 178M options are as below:

    The Options will be exercisable at $0.03 each and will expire on 20 September 2017. The Options, if exercised, would raise up to a further $5,643,279 in additional funds.

    Even if you don't want to continue as part of the company, exercise at 3c and sell at 8c or more seems a "no brainer!"
