CDT reduced to dog status after getting nowhere with the largest land exploration package in Ghana and being well cashed up back in 2010.

The only positive is that AZM got some useful gold deposit out of their deal with CDT - note that AZM's CEO is now also the CEO of CDT.

AZM is just surviving despite having a genuine project that needs a USD1400/ounce gold price to get off the ground.

I owned them both at one stage. Gave up on CDT after only a few months back in 2010, and lost a small amount on AZM. I decided that the AZM project was too small and got out with plenty of skin in 2011, I think it was.

The CEO is pretty uninspiring, and the rest of the Board of CDT does not look too flash.

CDT is just another wallflower waiting its turn on the dance floor in desperation. It has tried to pull a few tricks and now is ready and willing to kiss whatever comes along.
