Because any other business which is a cash cow like this with the type of reoccurring revenue for such a sustained period of time would be shouting it from the rooftops, so it begs the question why on earth they aren't and if management is attempting to keep the price low and as little comms as possible to get as may take over offers as possible
Which is why some people are frustrated
But that's just my opinion and unfortunately it appears to be playing out which is definitely not what I want
