My take is they have wLked away with no liability in exchange they have given up the preference B shares and get a small amount of outstanding rent owed !
So the next step will be a capital raising because they are broke and further more dilution ! Would love to see them raise at 2c and use the Awesome IP they have for some good ! Extraordinary general meeting on the wAy to raise more than 15 % maximum allowed !
