Councils are councils they have their own timeframe in doing things..they cannot be rushed..they have their own rules and guidelines just as they had previously with the ERL road..( which upset a few of the i want to get rich now investors ) some sit patiently in the background others like to vent ..accordingly erl management are in touch with them ( the council )and have been over the weeks..before mid july was the time frame scheduled ( which means planned) for the ore transport going on council approval timeframe given for approval..( mid july ) being that there are 31 days in july would mean around the 15th of July ( if we were going to be exacting)..(never seen any mining company be exacting on a date) in most cases land right titles /councils etc..tend to stuff that up..we are now 11 days past the date..real scary imo..looks like we are all doomed..lol..an ANN will come shortly..just a case of waiting a bit longer..
