$4.20 is certainly its 1st target, it got close to this intraday on Friday, $5.00 by the time voting on the takeover takes place is not out of the question, this would value BSG @ $3.99.
Once the takeover is completed
52 week high $5.85 = BSG Value @ $4.66
CDE's Apr 21 2006 high will be seen again IMO $7.06 = BSG value @ $5.64
