Very naive and happy to admit it
This was near on six seven years ago
And I had 400k on the table
Which today seven years on would be worth around 50 k
So why I am happy to be out alive
I got out nearly as quick as I got in because you just don't get the answers from this team to make you feel comfortable
If you are investing any descent amount take the time to drive to these locations and see for yourself
As for cost
These are government owned roads in the Pilbara
30 million to build 360 km
