While it is the Central Bank in the notice it is actually the Norweigen Sovereign Wealth fund (one of the largest in the world).
Otherwise I think you have it correct. Citi and JPM just playing with shorts around the 5% holder level, hence constant becoming/ceasing notices over last few weeks.
Good buying around here in SBM. Hard to believe that people really think the RBA will raise interest rates to 3.5%. A complete joke.
