So a bit more information on the special dividend/franking. According to Morningstar it has to be approved by the ATO and they would probably be allowed to frank up to the retained earnings balance at the end of fiscal 17, plus any earnings after that, less divs already paid. Probably a lot less than the numbers we have been kicking around.
