This isn't as simple as some believe
The process is quite technical
Proof by the fact That rwd has not been able to advance over so many years
Remoteness just adds to it all
Airstrips roads etc
I spent many years at aboriginal communities
Were these projects are based
The floods they are seeing last season are not a new Ocurance they are quite regular and these roads are shut for months generally annually
The capex will be to big a hill to climb and imo the figures they are reporting for roads etc are grossly understated
Everything out there cost a fortune
