As individual investors we can make marginal share purchases in small miners at much lower prices than MGX as they would have to pay a control premium. The best course of action, therefore, is for MGX to sweat their existing assets to the max and then hand the money back to shareholders. It would have to be a highly opportunistic acquisition to create additional value for shareholders and that seems unlikely in the current market.
